Green papayas are commonly used for salads or cooking. Of course, it can be eaten raw too, just a little more sour-ish than a normal papaya. 

Recipes for green papayas are kerabu, somtam, green papaya soup, fajitas, green papaya curry and more!

1 papaya weighs aprrox 2kg. However, in the event that it is less than 2kg, we will give you 2 small papayas instead.

Do note that green papayas will not ripen as it was harvested before its time. Hence, if you keep it on the shelf for too long, it will rot instead of ripen.
