Sweetsop | Rollinia (1 piece)
Sweetsop is another rare fruit planted in our farm. I never really understood why until I found out about its short lifespan that does not sit on the shelf more than 2 days. Hence, my mom calls it "Yesterday under ripe, today ripe and tomorrow overripe fruit".
Sweetsops are similar to soursop but have a yellow skin and taste sweet/creamy. It is best enjoyed fresh and eaten raw. Simply cut the fruit into half and start digging in. If it starts to overripe, store it in the fridge to keep for another few days max. It taste even better when chilled.
- 1 piece approx. 1kg
-Taste sweet, smooth and creamy
- From the custard apple family, scientific name is rollinia deliciosa
Due to its short lifespan, we do not keep stock but harvest each fruit fresh from the tree. Open for preorders!
